Maintenance & Service IntervalPerform break-in maintenance at 300 hours after new installation or overhaul, including mining heavy-duty anti-wear hydraulic oil replacement and inspection of oil seals, bearings and planetary gear wear. Service every 800 hours / 4 months for standard working conditions, and shorten to 500 hours for heavy-duty mining applications. Daily shift check for leaks, abnormal noise and track tension, retighten mounting bolts every 100 hours.

Installation Precautions & Fitting GuideClean the travel frame and assembly mounting surfaces thoroughly before installation, and pre-fill sufficient mining heavy-duty special hydraulic oil to prevent dry running. Tighten bolts evenly in a cross sequence step by step with a special torque wrench to ensure transmission concentricity. After installation, run a no-load low-speed running-in test, only put into load operation after no abnormality is confirmed.
