Daily shift check for leaks and abnormal noise, retighten mounting bolts every 200 hours.

Installation Precautions & Fitting GuideClean the travel frame and reducer mounting surfaces thoroughly before installation, and pre-fill sufficient heavy-duty special gear oil to prevent dry running. Tighten bolts evenly in a cross sequence step by step with a torque wrench to ensure transmission concentricity. After installation, run a no-load running-in test, only put into load operation after no abnormality is confirmed.
