Installation Precautions & Fitting GuideClean the oil ports, piston rod and pin shaft contact surfaces thoroughly before installation to prevent contaminants from entering the hydraulic system. Tighten the pin fixing bolts to the OEM torque specification to ensure cylinder concentricity. After installation, perform system air bleeding, run a full-stroke no-load test, only put into load operation after no leakage and sticking are confirmed.
